APIC New Mexico Annual "Heart of Infection Control" Conference

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the in-person conference. We are taking precautions to keep everyone safe. This includes providing face masks and having sanitizer available at several locations in the meeting and exhibit areas.
A virtual option is available for the 2023 conference. If interested in this option, please make your selection on the registration form.
Registration (for participants and vendors)
- Participant Registration fee includes morning coffee & tea, snacks, and lunch. Participant Registration fee is $125.00 (20% discount for APIC NM chapter members)
- Vendor Registration fees include a display table and two chairs, morning coffee & tea, snacks, and lunch. Vendor Registration is $400.00. If there are more than two vendors per table, there is an additional $50.00 charge per person
- Participants and vendors may register with a credit card or debit card. For other forms of payment or if you require an invoice, please contact us at apicnm32@gmail.com
- Participant on-site registration will be limited and on a first come basis. Cash, credit cards, and debit cards will be accepted the day of the conference. No personal checks will be accepted

- Click on the 2023 Conference Registration tab, and select Participant or Vendor
- Complete the form and choose payment type and Submit
Refunds
Registration fees will be refunded, except for a $10.00 administrative fee, if cancelled by April 7, 2023. Please contact Elayne Villa via email at apicnm32@gmail.com for assistance. There will be no refunds after that date and no refunds for “no shows.
Hotel Information
APIC NM is not arranging rooms for this conference. Please contact Sandia Resort Hotel and Casino directly. The hotel will have a limited number of rooms available at the discounted price of $279.00 per night. Deadline for reserving these rooms is March 31, 2023 - to reserve your room, call the hotel at (505) 796-7500 and mention NM APIC Annual Conference to receive the special rate. The hotel may have other rooms available at lower and higher rates, so please ask for options that best fit your needs.
