APIC New Mexico's 2020 Annual Conference
 "The Heart of Infection Control"

Registration

  • Participant Registration fee includes morning coffee & tea, snacks, and lunch. Participant Registration fee is $125.00 (20% discount for APIC NM members)
  • Vendor Registration fees include a display table and two chairs, morning coffee & tea, snacks, and lunch. Vendor Registration is $400.00. If there are more than two vendors per table, there is an additional $50.00 charge per person 
  • Participants and vendors may register with a PayPal account, credit card, debit card or by check
  • Participant on-site registration will be limited and on a first come basis.  Cash, credit cards, and debit cards will be accepted the day of the conference.  No personal checks will be accepted


Special offer to participants attending the conference:

We are pleased to offer ICRA training on Thursday, April 16, 2020, 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm by the Southwest Carpenter’s Union on infection control and construction. This modified version of the 8-hour training will go over process & controlling contaminants. The location of the training will be at the Carpenters Union in Albuquerque, which will include dinner at 5:30 pm. If you wish to attend please select the option when registering. You will receive more information following your registration.


How to Register with a Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal Account or by check

  • Click on the 2020 Conference Registration  tab, and select Participant or Vendor
  • Complete the form and click  the “Submit Form” button located at the bottom of the page
  • An invoice will be emailed to you within two business days.
  • The invoice will have the option to pay by credit card, through PayPal or by mailing a check
  • If paying by check, payment must be received by April 10, 2020
  • Make check payable to: APIC New Mexico and Mail to: APIC of NM, PO Box 93152, Albuquerque, NM 87199-3152

 

Refunds

Registration fees will be refunded, except for a $10.00 administrative fee, if cancelled by April 10, 2020.  Please contact Elayne Villa via email at [email protected] for assistance. There will be no refunds after that date and no refunds for “no shows.

 

Hotel Information

APIC NM is not arranging rooms for this conference. Please contact Sandia Resort Hotel and Casino directly. The hotel will have a limited number of rooms available at the discounted price of $189.00 per night. Deadline for reserving these rooms is March 17, 2020 - to reserve your room call the hotel at, (505) 796-7500 and mention NM APIC Annual Conference to receive the special rate. The hotel may have other rooms available at lower and higher rates, so please ask for options that best fit your needs.
